• Job Details:• Work with the sales team to professionally represent the company to the customer, gather data, and ask the right questions to define a project. • Recognize and understand the customers’ needs, make suggestions for possible solutions and reviewing the Invitation to Tender (ITT) documents, understanding, analyzing and accurately assessing all ITT requirements. • Co-ordination, preparation and compilation of complete, compliant and professional proposal documentation, both of the technical and commercial, for submission to clients in line with client bid documents and tender deadlines. • Attendance at client tender clarifications meetings / negotiations, including the management and organization of all required endorsed changes to previously submitted tenders. • Assisting in the preparation and compilation of contract documents, prior to signature. • Ensuring that all contract documentation is in line with all previously agreed tenders’ negotiations. • Receiving and understanding post-contract feedback, obtained from the executed projects for the use of the future bid efforts. • Handover of all relevant tender documentation to projects and contracts team after award of contract and attendance of project start up meetings when required. • Preparing data base (mini-proposals) for oil & gas companies. • Responsible for filling and apportionment of clients’ documentations. • Responsible for following up and quality system monthly upgrade.
