• Job Details:Responsible for end-to-end fund accounting reconciliation including cash, trade, income, paydown, and corporate actions. Perform daily reconciliation between custody and accounting systems for mutual funds and hedge funds. Support BBH (Brown Brothers Harriman) asset reconciliation and manage capital market instruments including swaps, equities, forex, options, and debentures. Review and clear aged cash breaks; handle manual postings and NAV-impacting entries to minimize fund risk. Reconcile and review future margin updates and related break resolutions. Collaborate with onshore teams for monthly and annual process reviews and reporting. Handle Bloomberg-based research on accrual rates, interest payments, and corporate actions to validate custody data.

Associate – Cash Reconciliation

• Job Details:Conducted daily reconciliation for various transactions including trades, income, corporate actions, swaps, futures, and options. Participated in client calls on a weekly and bi-weekly basis to resolve high-priority exceptions (HPE). Posted bulk settlements and handled Geneva-based transaction analysis including security IDs, income, and trade details. Extracted and analysed reports such as cash ledger, pending past income reports, and net position appraisal reports. Responsible for client reporting tasks such as WAR coding, Geneva uploads, and HPE documentation.
