• Job Details:Handling all the lighting systems and sound systems in the hotel including the banquet, meeting rooms. Furthermore manipulating all the acoustic systems and projectors. Experience in configuring and setting up all systems and subsections in audio, video and lighting of hotel outdoor functioning. PABX and telephone systems. Maintenance in electrical/electronic appliances and maintenance of electronic circuits, room control units (RCU) handling the guest complaints which are related to engineering maintenance.

BMS Executive

• Job Details:Engaged with Enteliweb software: Delta control BACnet protocol system supervising, monitoring, controlling and reporting the operation of the building management systems of the plant. HVAC (AHU), plumbing systems, fire alarm systems, building lighting systems elevators, escalators, electrical systems and utilizing energy economically and generators. Recording utility consumption power analysers BTU meter readings water meter readings controlling all fan systems; SEAF, SSAF, FAF, TEAF, FCU and analyzing electrical energy meters. Engaged with chiller plant management system (CPM) AHUs and PAHUs control systems automatic alarm logs.
