1.Rose within the ranks as a Junior Reporter to Senior Reporter and finally Chief Reporter (August 2008 – to October 2011) 2.Elected Secretary General of the Media Institute of Southern African (MISA) Zimbabwe (Kwekwe Chapter 2009 - 2011) whose duties was to organise, coordinate and invite guests for media freedom programmes and workshops as well as writing reports of programmes to the national office. 3.Chosen to undergo further study in Benoni, South Africa where I was awarded a certificate in Reporting Transitional Zimbabwe (2010). 4.Was a contributor of the MISA Zimbabwe initiated Zimbabwe In Transition and Talk Constitution website (2010 – 2011)which can be accessed on www.zimintransition.com.
