• Job Details: Develop demand forecasts (operational forecasts) at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of a demand planning function. Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results. Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Sales, Marketing, Customer Finance, Schedulers, and Supply Centers & Warehouse to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts. Provide input to the Supply Planning organization in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase outs. Monitors the production schedule during the month and makes changes when necessary, such as when resources do not arrive as planned or when equipment fails. Monitors RM / Consumables / FG inventory levels, showing heads up for any variance in physical inventories. To drive the overall demand planning and factory`s communication process along with driving key improvement initiatives across E2E process

Planning Executive Full Time

• Job Details: Production Planning & Control for the Company’s own plant and Sub-contracted units. Developing weekly & daily production plan basis monthly forecast, market need and inventory in hand so that capacity is optimized and serviceability is maximized. Monitoring production and coordinating with production plant and procurement team (RM / PM) on daily basis. Handling production planning for chocolate portfolio (comprising of numerous SKUs). Analyzing plant capacity utilization across 4 plant locations. Planning & Handling product promotions, New Product Development & Existing Product Development. Handling special product offers – channel specific activities. Inventory optimization across CFA’s & Ensuring high customer service levels.
