    • Job Details:A. INDUCTION: • Handling all HR related work of almost 300 employees on daily basis. • After the recruitment done by the Recruitment Officer, generating offer letter with all the related document mentioning his designation, Salary, Date of Joining etc. • Generating his personal file in which employee’s all certificate and other supporting documents are filed for further reference. • Generating New Hire Internal Memo and passing it to departments like Accounts and Audit Department. • After employee comes into the payroll of the Company, it is needed to coordinate with the PRO and arranging the new hired employees for Visa medical and labor card. B. DAILY ATTENDANCE: • Using attendance software known as UNIS (Time Attendance and Management System), tracking daily attendance and preparing attendance report on daily basis. • Generating Absent Deduction Memo for the staff who has been absent and passing it to departments. • Generating Late Reporting Memo for the employees punching late in the Biometric machine. • Making necessary deductions for being late and absent as per the labor law. C. PAYROLL: • Using Hira Office System for preparing salary for the company i.e. more than 300 employees. • Updating employee database such as Salary increment, addition of allowance, interoffice transfer, change in designation, change of bank account etc in Paymanager on daily basis. • Updating all deductions such as absent deduction memos, late reporting deduction memos, salary advances, loan, rejoining memos, insurance deduction etc. • Maintaining records of all interoffice memos in system as well as one hard copy in the personal file of the employee. • Updating overtime hours in Paymanager for labors as per the attendance cards received from sites. • Processing & finalizing the salary for all sites and Head Office by end of every month and generating the salary reports. • Forwarding the Pay Sheet and supporting documents to Accounts Department for review and further processing. • Ensuring salary being credited to all employee’s Account accordingly. D. SETTLEMENT: • Using Hira Office System for preparing all types of settlement for all staff & labour. • Preparing all Settlement such as Annual leave settlement, Emergency leave settlement, Service termination settlement, Resignation settlement. • Preparing rejoining memo for employees returning from leave and passing the memo to Account Department. • Preparing Leave Encashment for employees not going for leave and asking for the leave Salary. • Arranging Air ticket for employees going on Annual leave or Final Exit if eligible. • Coordinating with PRO for preparing cancellation documents for final exit of expatriate’s employees. • For Visa cancelled Employees, coordinating with PRO for removing the name from Insurance. E. ADMINISTRATIVE: • Coordinating with PRO and arranging the employees for renewal of Visa at a prescribed time limit. • Coordinating with PRO for Visa Medical and Resident Card for the new hired employees.
