- Job Details:• Supervise the functions of recruitment; search for and collect applications of potential candidates for Edrak employment. • Adhere to the recruitment procedures & policy from the stage of receiving the approved job requisitions, the search for the right candidates who match the job description required up to the stage of job joining. • Maintain and develop a solid application data base and classify the applications to ensure easy reference and accessibility. • Compile and maintain a database for local recruitment advertising agencies and on-line sites that provide recruitment services. • Ensure a proper screening and short listing of applicants and conducting the first interviews before referring to the HR Director • Supervise and ensure the timely preparation of letter of appointment, Job offer & contract for new hires. • Coordinate with overseas recruiting agencies & provide them by required documentations to finalize the employment procedures for international employees. • Prepare the weekly, monthly, & yearly recruitment reports. • Liaises with line managers to ensure a full understanding of their requirements and preferences. • Utilize Edrak branding to ensure candidates and new hires experience graciousness throughout process. • Execute pre-screening and/or final phone/face to face interviews for junior & mid-level posts & supports all parties in concern with assessment. • Coordinate with universities, events in relation to targeted hires ….. • Proactive coordination with departments for interviews. • Supervise & interact closely with staffing coordinator in charge of assigned hires as well as continuous follow up with on-boarding. • Use external sources of recruitment aiming to attract the best possible pool of candidates. • Develop a pool of profiled CVs of suitable candidates in the different areas required for the company. • Obtain references for the selected employees • Send required letters of “Thank You”, “Apology” for the interviewed candidates. • Make selection recommendation for departmental management • Prepare the recruitment adds in different media • Responsible for classifications and handling all CV's for hiring process. • Responsible for updating corporate recruitment/ HR website, (updating & posting jobs, filtering CVs. • In addition to any extra responsibilities assigned by Management
