• Job Details:- Deal with the BMS system: Automated Logic - Trace the problem with the help of PLC (S7 300 , S7 1200) and HMI applications. - Deal with and maintain Water Treatment Plant , HVAC system , Boilers and compressors for pharmaceutical facilities. - Follow energy consumption for each department with ABB provisioning tool . - Execute preventive maintenance plan and regularly update the plan according to the machine’s condition. - Ensure the spare parts availability by purchasing all needed spare parts and maintenance consumables . - Ensure achieving the plant KBIs and the department performance measures. - Deal with Oracle applications.

• Job Details:- Reviewed and approved electrical designs and plans, guaranteeing they met project objectives and requirements. - Trace the problem with PLCs (S7 1500 , S7 1200 , S7 200 smart , S7 300). - Manufacture of electrical power and control panels. - Electrical commissioning for new factories (transforms , Low voltage panels ). - Electrical commissioning for new machines. - Operate and maintain and modify machines by using PLC and HMI programs. - Deal with SAP applications.

Electrical and Automation EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:- Deal with (TIA Portal, Step 7, WinCC Explorer, Starter). - Trace the problem with the IBA analyzer. - Trace the problem with the help of PLCs ( S7 400 , S7 300 , ET200 ) and the SCADA and make modification if needed . - Operate, maintain, and control different kinds of motors. - Maintain, and control different kinds of cranes. - Deal with different stages of steel rolling. - Execute preventive maintenance plan and regularly update the plan according to the machine’s condition. - Ensure achieving the plant KBIs and the department performance measures. - Deal with Maximo applications.
