• Job Details:• Works at Ghabbour Auto As a Service Advisor Engineer (Express body and paint repair) Duration: From 15-1-2017 till Now. Responsibilities: - work with customers to determine problems with a vehicle and provide technicians with accurate repair descriptions. - Greeting customers and scheduling service appointments - Cataloguing customers concerns and comments. Writing service orders and descriptions of problems and repairs - Handling customer complaints. - Work assay repair and discuss with insurance expert - Day to day management and performance of body shop - Responsible for workshop working to capacity and keeping appointments and deadlines. - Make sure of providing the best possible quality of service which ultimately will serve to bring in new customers. - Responsible for communication between Reception, Parts Department, Workshop and customers - Ensure full utilization of workshop available labor and resources to achieve planned operational targets - Responsible for the workshop's parts turnover. - Responsible for sales; to promote parts & accessories
