- Job Details:For the first three months I worked as an agent in department of reclamations, I received e-mails of people’s reclamations and problems and I worked on solving them then inform the clients with e-mail too. I achieved high numbers, so I started working as an agent in Web Chat service, where I received chats from customers, and I worked on solving their inquires and problems, handling them, guarantee their satisfaction, and make sure that they don’t have any further inquire that I didn’t solve yet. Skills acquired: • Communication and soft skills: I have worked a lot of time under stress when we had rush of chats and I had to handle two chats at the same time, and also try to help new comers with their chats if they can’t handle it. I learned to be flexible, take aggressive people with ease and handle them in a friendly way • Time management: I learned to manage my time well in work to be able to do a lot of tasks without exceeding my 8 hour shift.
