  • Job Details:• Working for Etisalat , Visafone , Multilinks , MTN Wimax & MTNRT Networks managed service project in Nigeria through Huawei Technologies.  No. of working teams : 20 (Radio , Environmental & Generator).  No. of sites : 779 (North Regions) • Managing the project teams.  Follow up all the Maintenance coordinators to confirm that our operation is running smoothly  Handle all EGYPRO staff complaints.  Make interview with new staff & Follow up the employment process and distribute them to regions. • Make handover plans for Huawei , Nokia and Alcatel projects • Attend the customer operational meetings with Huawei , NSN and ALU • Attend the customer Audit for Nokia and Alcatel Sites in Nigeria • Follow up all tickets (Radio, DG & Environmental) which are escalated from customer till close it. • Push & Follow up the related team to solve network KPI problems (RSSI, VSWR, RSL, NHC & etc.) • Distribute all required spare parts (DG & telecom) to our regions and follow to install it on site. • Monthly inventory for EGYPRO warehouses and distribute all DG consumables (Engine oil, oil filter, fuel filter, etc.) to all the regions to carry out DG PM. • Follow up all DG & site preventive maintenance according PM plan and submit the PM reports to customer • Responsible the diesel supplying project • Follow up Diesel level, Gen hour reading & Diesel consumption rate • Follow up tower maintenance activity and submit the reports to customer. • Responsible for Hotline center (EGYPRO NOC). (NOC Team, escalation from the NOC to the region) • Follow up & review all Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports which are submitted to customer.
