Production Section HeadFull Time

• Job Details:Manage all the related production line (sheeting line) activities. Resolve day-to-day operational issues. Oversee the development and execution of production schedules. Coordinate with Engineering regarding the design issues. Optimizing the production quality level by assuring the highest quality standard for the production by the first time. Communicate with other section managers to determine best ways to meet quotes and quality goals.

Trim and Delivery Section HeadFull Time

• Job Details:Contribute in the start up of new commercial vehicle new project by two models ( King long XMQ 6128 & XMQ 6859 ). Ensure completing of machines, hand tools, stands, carriers, work platforms and special tools needed for trim line to achieve needed daily production. Making interviews with supervisors, team leaders and technicians to complete trim team. Prepare a clear layout of trim line including sub assembly stations and operating sequences. Preparing work instructions and standard operating procedures for all trim processes including all parts, tools, special tools, manpower needed and manhour. Applied performance data to evaluate and improve operations, target current business conditions and forecast needs.

prototype engineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Lead the prototype development team in day-to-day activities. • Participate in all design review activities/meetings;communicate product status and identify obstacles to meeting pre-defined timelines. • Work closely with design engineering and provide input at early stages of product development to ensure product requirements can be met using robust/prove Manufacturing methods. • Deliver detailed manufacturing data to production engineer to promote flawless launch in a production environment. • Develop and track project timelines for all prototype products and processes. • Deliver prototype products to internal and external customers on time.
