• Job Details:- Be the single point of contact (Team Lead experience) for the SAP Logistics modules - Lead/facilitate client's functional, technical and organizational audit, workshops with key users to gather customer requirements and perform in-depth analysis, workshops to validate the business blueprint (BBP), functional specifications (FS) and technical specifications, assignment of user roles and authorizations, integration workshops between functional and cross functional modules - Write the business blueprint (BBP) for supply chain modules (MM, SD, WM and LE) - Analyze Fit & Gaps - Prepare detailed functional and technical specifications (WRICEF) for developers and test end-to-end processes - Ensure solution design and perform configuration of MM, SD, WM and LE modules according to customer requirements - Design, Build, Configure SAP R/3 MM, SD, WM, LE and SAP ECC MM, SD, WM, LE modules and associated processes - For SD Configuration: Organizational Structure, Master Data, MTO, MTS, Rebates, O2C, Credit Management, Pre-Sales Activities, Sales Cycle, After Sales, Batch Management, Billing Plans, Status Profiles, Free Goods Determination, Output Taxes, Sales Information Systems (SIS), Outbound Pricing, Sales Scenarios (Third party, Cash, Rush, Standard, Consignment, Outline Agreement), Delivery Scenarios-Picking, Packing, Loading, Good issue, Delivery Schedule, Backward Schedule and Forward Schedule, Return Process, Availability Check, TOR, Shipping Process, Credit/Debit Memo processing, STO, Free of Charge Delivery, Copy Control, Partner Determination, Text Management, Order Management, Billing, Contracts, Sales Document Types, Item Category, Output Determination and Processing, Message Determination, Material Determination, Account Assignment Determination, Back Orders, Promotions, Post Goods Issue (PGI), Route Determination, etc…. - Collaborate in the upgrade from SAP R/3 4.7 to SAP ECC 6.0 (ensure functional upgrade) - Participate in the creation and documentation of test cases. Test scenarios and make appropriate changes - Perform unit testing, integration testing, upgrade testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) - Prepare training manuals, user guides and support materials - Train KU (key users), SU (super users) and end users - Prepare the cutover strategy and perform the migration of SCM master and transactional data via LSMW - Participate in the Go-live and user support - Resolve functional and cross-functional SAP incidents. Daily assistance by ticket - Support continuously supply chain end users in SAP logistics modules
