IT Infrastructure AdministratorFull Time

• Job Details:Duties and Responsibilities: • Setup of the IT infrastructure and IT tools required. • Manage Windows Active Directory Domain Layer, including the maintenance of users and groups. • Configure and maintain public and on-prem DNS zone, DHCP, Sites, and Site Links. • Create and manage Active Directory Group Polices. • Local and remote End-user support (Skype for Business). • Migrating of existing users from Cloud to on-prem. • Determining user internet access level. • Set up or repair computer equipment and related devices. • Train users to work with new computer hardware or software. • Monitoring, verifying the availability of server resources and network resources. • Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities.
