• Job Details:o Preparing journal entries and reconciliations for monthly general ledger close. o Preparing profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports. o Preparing and calculating reimbursement billings and tracking receivables, reconciling monthly accounts receivable. o Responsible for preparing accounts payable, and financial planning to resolve any day-to-day issues as well as analyzing financial accounts. o Informing the Department Accounting Manager of any operational or accounting issues which develop. o Responsible for issue resolution with regard to accounting systems entries. o Responsible for the petty cash. o Sharing in organizing the accounting system of the company. o Assisting in preparing the financial statements (Balance sheet & income statement & cash flow statement) o Auditing company's inventory. o Auditing the sales process of the outlets. o Auditing the sales process of every outlet's cashier (income & outcome). o Entering the inventory's flow on "MS Excel & Dame Ware Solution". o Preparing a report to compare the "actual & planned" sales results. o Preparing the daily reports (sales process - inventory's cycle - cashier income & outcome).
