• Job Details:Bus Factory Job Responsibilities:  Make manufacture process sheets for every part (sheet development, length for tubes .etc) to calculate the raw material and production time.  Determine the production stages and the sequence of assembly for substructure products.  Design jigs, fixtures and tools to simplify the manufacture process.  Make working info instructions with pictures to facilitate all production process.  Redesign the production line processes to satisfy the quality requirements and achieve the production goals.  Analyzing the production line processes to minimize the waste and balancing the standard time of the processes to maximize productivity.  Improves production efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout.  Research in production complains to be solved.  Make layout for every project.  Study the movement of the products & materials through the line stations.  Make programs for CNC Machines (Sheet Metal Work).
