• Job Details:- Design private villa projects. - Check the drawings and coordinate with all disciplines; in order to, deliver the full set of drawings to the clients as per the specifications and the requirements. - A project manager who manage, monitoring, supervising and coordinating with all other disciplines to finish the renovation works for a palace which is located in Riyadh-Saudi Arabia. - Prepare the shop drawing, check all other disciplines drawing together , then try to solve the conflicts if there are. - Prepare the quantities survey for the works. - Contractor's quotation comparison - Check all materials and approve it as per the drawing and specifications. - Monitor the project time frame submitted by the contractor. -Making a daily report and to be submitted to the client and the General manager.
