• Job Details:Project description : Total Facilities Management services to 560 mosques (of varying types and sizes) across the Abu Dhabi region in UAE Clients: Abu Dhabi General Services Co. (Musanada) • Working as Facility Management Engineer (FME) and deputy project manger in the service delivery section at FM department of the following activities : 1. Inspection and performance management of routine operational FM planned and reactive services at allocated buildings. 2. Maintain benchmarked performance standards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as determined under any client framework agreement or particular Service Level Agreement (SLAs). 3. Complete building audit and inspection programme. 4. Selective audit and inspection of completed PPM and reactive works to ensure services are provided to comply with all legislative, statutory standards and acknowledged best practice. 5. Submit Technical reports of spare parts. 6. Resolve service complaints from the client. 7. Inspection of works in progress to ensure qualitative and statutory compliance. 8. Management of minor works to ensure timely delivery and fiscal targets are met. 9. Purchase order processing and invoice approval. 10. Attending client meetings and contractor meetings to meet the targets and goals. 11. Responsible to review and recommend technical solutions to clients keeping cost, time and quality into consideration..

mechanical site engineer Full Time

• Job Details:Construction and infrastructure upgrades for this project is in support of the Egyptian air force (EAF) procurement of F-16 aircraft and accommodating base expansion. The project involves a new facility construction and improvements to existing structures and grounds. Facilities and upgrades for this project includes : aircraft storage shelters, airfield pavements, maintenance and testing facilities, housing, and training facilities, infrastructure improvements including site demolition, grading, site development, parking pavements, air field paving and marking and select buildings associated with the above infrastructure. Tasks: 1- Responsible on supervising the subcontractor’s mechanical crew working for installation of: a- Steel Bolted fire water tanks b- Fire Suppression Systems (fire pump house – wet sprinkler system – clean agent system and necessary service piping and valves for outdoor fire protection) 2- Supervising the mechanical crew (1 foreman, 4 technicians & 6 helpers) working on: a- Installing 4 overhead cranes (2*3 ton, 1*1.5 ton 1*2.5 ton) b- Deflection test for all sanitary sewage systems c- Installing seismic & vibration isolator for all site equipment (compressor, generators, transformers, fan coil units, roof top fan units & chillers) 3- Responsible for supervising the subcontractor’s mechanical crew working on flushing and disinfection for chilled water pipes, fire system pipes & domestic water system
