• Job Details:Deliver and maintain service quality aligned with KPIs and process standards. Train, coach, and assess project managers to ensure continuous performance improvement. Design and roll out training programs, onboarding sessions, and quality assurance frameworks. Monitor escalations and ensure end-to-end issue resolution. Manage team development through internal performance plans and tailored learning interventions. Lead functional knowledge updates and manage internal documentation. Supervise and coach QA team and oversee performance assessments and corrective plans. Contribute to vendor evaluations and functional reporting. Drive the annual operational plan and training agenda execution. Act as emergency lead for project management team as needed.
