• Job Details:Revisiong letter of credit conditions and submitting required information on SAP & Oracle system. 2-Revising all financial rules mentioned in custom clearance certificate in order to make sure that invoice amount is aligned with custom clearance & freight amount 3-Entering LC data on Oracle system such as vendor data , reference number …etc 4-Entering quantities & prices for each item and adding clearance expenses on each item based on percentage determined b governmental entities 5-Collecting all financial information and entering it on SAP system to calculate total cost of shipment and identify the market selling price of the product 6-Coparing between the prices of purchased items with previous one , between the cost of custom clearance percentage and previous one to identify deviation and solve emerged problems 7-Revising ledger to make sure that all LC balance accounts are accurate and correct periodically. 8-Revising clearance entities bills & statements and comparing the bills with actual items received to issue the cheque and make sure that the balance is accurate and correct 9-Issuing cheques on daily basis to custom clearance entities to finalize all clearance procedures

• Job Details:Prepareing, examining, and analyzing accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. 2-Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures 3-Assisting in preparing tax returns and corporate reporting requirements 4- Consistently follow up with department managers on development of actual cost against departmental budgets, providing detailed explanation for budget deviations. 5-Preparing accurate reporting and financial analysis in a timely manner, meeting monthly reporting deadlines.
