• Job Details:1- Sales and customer service representative: • Responsible for selling the company’s products and services. • Responsible for cash collection and closing. • Handling customers’ claims and inquiries. 2- Stock Control – Responsible for all stock related issues for the shop, which includes: • Stock in/out (managing supply with demand). • Monthly financial closing reconciliation. • Recording serial numbers where applicable. • Shop Coordinator – responsible for all stock related issues between the shop, warehouse, finance department and the back office. • Dealing with damaged goods. • Responsible for stock transfer of 11 Mobinil kiosks. • Applications used : Oracle, Siebel and Win-Cash.
