• Job Details: • Interviewing, training and supervising pharmacists and introducing them to the latest software and different aspects of the workflow. • Setting the documentation system, quality control and quality assurance systems and ensuring that the pharmacies/pharmacists are adopting the industry best practices. • Responsible for all the pharmacy operations and development tracks. • Rearranging the computer system in the pharmacy making it more durable and enhancing the workflow by making it more efficient. • Rotating stocks, performing and helping in inventory control within the pharmacy, including balancing targeted inventory levels and eliminating excess ordering of medication, better managing of expired medication. • Better filing and organizing of pharmacy records including prescription hard copies. • Managing drug supply inventories and ensuring proper supply levels. • Properly dispensing an average of 250 prescriptions per day. • Compounding prescribed medications. • Familiar with almost all drugs names (Brand and generics)
