• Job Details:Job description:  Metal Forming factory (gas cooker):  work with lean principals to achieve further continuous improvements and sustain old improvements  Mapping the manufacturing process  Machines and dies training for production personals with visuals  Sheet metal dies performance improving with maintenance follow up  S.A.P. Routing and B.O.M. define for products  Assembly lines (Gas cooker):  Sustain Lean culture for workers and technicians to achieve self-improving environment  Assembly process sheet for each process across production  Assembly Process improving by using jigs and special tools  C.K.D packing lists and loading for shipping  Data analysis for process data (cycle times, defects, ….)  Follow up and feedback the supplier's problems and issues to improve
