• Job Details: Diagnose and resolve technical system\software issues assigned OS, Office 365, Antivirus, Encryption, Web filtering, SCCM and Tokens.  Create, Manage and Terminate AD Users, Mailbox, Groups, File Server Permissions, VPN Access, Backups and Archives.  Deploy troubleshoot MS Operation system Windows server and Windows Client related applications, hardware, and components to ensure the availability of the systems to meet business needs.  Follow up and resolve user incidents and requests through Phone, Email and Ticketing system.  Monitors daily operations, including server hardware, software, and operating systems.  Ensure systems are patched with the latest from all vendors according to IT security standards eliminating systems vulnerability.

Desktop Consultant (2nd Level Support)Full Time

• Job Details:Responds to users requests for information and assists in technical incident and problem resolution Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to software, hardware and networking. Identifies and initiates resolutions to client problems and concerns associated with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, hardware and software. Maintains users’ desktop anti-virus, data protection software updates Monitors compliance of users’ desktops to the enterprise’s security policies Communicate and document the support issues and escalating to the appropriate IT staff, line managers or vendor when necessary. Ensure all support cases assigned are completed in timely manner within SLA and any exceptions/delays are brought to the attention of Supervisor.
