• Job Details:• Supervising mostly of the administrative affairs including staff attendance, reception personnel performance and appraisal, Contracting with external hospital network, Purchase processes, Inventory work, IT operations, some accounting processes,… etc. • Co-ordination with Consultants and Specialists for arrangement of their appointments. • Responsible for dealing in hospital bank accounts, transactions, and public relations as well. • Arrangement of external medical campaigns. • Preparing the periodic (annual and semi-annual) statistic reports for Top Management. • Achievement of the marketing plan of the hospital.
