• Job Details:o Creating invoices for clients . o Filling and updating customer records . o Analyzing and reconciling ledgers withheld and accounts payable . o preparing fixed asset depreciation and accruals . o Prepare, examine and maintain financial records to ensure accuracy . o Ensure that statements and record comply with laws and regulations . o Suggest ways to reduce costs, enhance revenues and improve profits . o Review day-to-day transactions to identify areas of improvement . o Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations . o Coordinate with external auditors to provide requested documentation regarding financial statements and accounting treatment for specific transactions o Follow-up banks and treasury. o Preparation contracts for Employees and social insurance. o Preparation monthly salaries.

AccountantFull Time

• Job Details:o Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded . o Assist with other accounting projects . o Update accounts receivable and issue invoices . o Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines . o Manage current and future tax payments . o Check and oversee local petty cash accounts and monitors local cash expenditures. o Ensure that sufficient documentation is adequate gathered and correctly documented in accordance with the firm's standards .

AccountantFull Time

• Job Details:o Prepare tax returns ( Value-added tax, Prepayment tax , income tax, salary tax, … ) , payments, necessary paperwork, and reports. o Prepare accurate quarterly and annual tax reports . o Preparation and representation of the company in the tax inspection . o Prepare budgets, checks, and tax returns for all types of taxes . o Preparing and writing tax invoices .
