• Job Details:•Main responsibility to manage achieving production plan allocated for each line (press & Assembly) while following predetermined quality and safety standard •Analyze workflow, yield & manpower requirement •Calculate waste, OEE, UPH & UPPH •Applying lean manufacturing & 5s at the production lines •reviews and monitors production reports and prepare productivity analysis (including downtime analysis & efficiency analysis) •Analyzing cycle time for each process and improve performance for each one •Reduce machine break out times & loss time •Experience at mechanical spare part of machine and solve some problems •Maintain KPI targets in line with business strategy

• Job Details:Deal With pneumatics & hydraulics press, automatic lathes, cnc lathes, welding machine, punching, plastic injection, wire machine. Communicates with the Production department to coordinate maintenance and repair work in process areas. Schedule all routine maintenance works and ensure is completed at time. Attending meetings, writing reports and giving presentations to managers Following up the availability of required spare parts and tools. Used ISO 9001-2015 and know how to apply it. KPI making for all maintenance point.
