• Job Details:Partners with production operations including production planing, ordering, inventory control, food safety, work safety, communication, training and supervision of staff. Developing annual Budget (including CAPEX, OPEX, and Headcount) for the plant’s production hall trough coordination with the top management and various departments inside the plant. Implementing production plans provided by the planning department. Define the objectives of the production plan to be translated to production projects aiming at reaching the maximum capacity of production lines by reducing the changeovers and controlling the minor stoppage. Coordinate with the warehousing department to ensure the availability of raw materials and quantities required for production in day to day operation. Work on improving production efficiency through the OEE, productivity, adherence, performance, availability, and quality rate calculations according to the company’s overall objectives, through coordinating with the planning and maintenance departments to manage maintenance and production schedules. Assume full responsibility for achieving the production plan in a timely manner and in accordance with the required quality standards and the agreed specifications, while following health and safety instructions. Achieve ultimate cost reduction goals, allocated to the production process. • Job Details:Participate in establishment of new Al Safi Plant (Bonjour), and setup new machinery (FRITSCH, ESCHER, COMAS, TCHNOPACK, MONDIAL, and COLLOUSE). Participate in new Factory startup and make trails on products to observe its stability and to get more customer satisfaction. Conduct training and coaching for all production line employees. Conduct production Engineer Supervisor performance reviews. Preparing & analyzing daily, monthly production reports. Responsible for achieving OEE & adherence target for lines. Coordinate with maintenance dept. To decrease break downs of M/C according to corrective & preventive actions. Responsible for all technical aspects of automatic machine, semi-automatic machine. Conducting line trail of new ingredients, raw materials, new supplier, and product development. Responsible for operation staff recruitment and providing them training. Coordinate production startups and shutdowns. Responsible to meet shift production goals. Responsible for quality control. Make adjustments as necessary during shift to produce product within specifications. Reject product outside of specifications. Communicate with other Shift Supervisors and Plant Manager. Ensure a clean and safe work. Complete shift paper work. Assist in production as necessary & prepare shift notes for production manager. Coordination with other managements as lab, ware house and quality. Responsible for maintain hygienic System in my plant. Supervise production lines operation in accordance with plant policies and procedures. Works with suppliers, customers or internal technical groups to review material or product specifications, resolve product or operational quality problems, and address questions and concerns. Ensure compliance with plant policies and procedures and applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Quality Control Supervisor)Full Time

• Job Details:Supervise and coordinate all activities related to Quality Control and Quality Assurance inspections for production lines. Make periodic inspection for production lines to ensure product meets quality standards and specifications are attained. Supervise compliance with GMP and GHP requirements. Notifies suppliers and subcontractors of reasons for rejection of materials received. Issuing required Standard Operating Practices (SOPs) at all times. Updating all IPC reports and IPC Matrix according to latest Know How. Monitors of critical control points periodically and take the corrective action in presence of deviation. Training of new workers on food safety basics and GMP. Plans, develops, and implements quality assurance programs for field staff, and production lines.
