I’m looking for a creative, challenging, growth-oriented position. Monitor salaries to ensure that the salary Structure guidelines are followed, and then complete the procedure. Promotion plans, salary reviews, and annual raises for all categories are examples of plans. Prepare an annual budget for the direct and indirect personnel costs of employees. To ensure budget adherence, track and trace monthly personnel costs. Prepare monthly reports for BU Dashboard and Indirect report efficiency. Manage the entire calculation process for the annual target agreement bonus for the indirect group. Manage the entire process of calculating the annual bonus direct group. Conduct interviews with the new hires. Exit interviews should be conducted with employees. Prepare the month's direct and indirect payroll instructions. Offer positions to both internal and external candidates. Benefits should be proposed and implemented. Create a list of life insurance beneficiaries monthly. HR and employment letters should be sent out. Update indirect transactions like new hires, layoffs, promotions, and salaries. Examine and approve company mobile requisitions. Quality is maintained. Help with employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development. Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which employees are engaged and inspired to deliver exceptional business results. ensuring that compensation practices are in accordance with current legislation. Employee records should be updated with information about new hires and/or changes in employment status. Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of employee information, and create routine and customized reports as needed. Keep organizational charts, detailed job descriptions, and salary records. Collaborate closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, boost morale, and boost productivity and retention. Give HR policy advice. Help during employee onboarding, offboarding, and leave. Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses, benefits, tax deductions, commissions, etc.
