Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors cost and quality to obtain the maximum benefit for the company. 3. Prepare both technical and financial comparisons. 4. Prepare and process letters of intent, purchase orders and Subcontracts. Prepare submittals for consultant’s/client’s approval in line with the selected vendor and as per the department standards. Attend meetings, conferences, conventions and seminars necessary to network with others involved in the procurement process (contractors, suppliers, etc.) Handle other responsibilities as assigned. Respect Company HSE policies and regulations, and increase awareness of job risk assessment.
