• Job Details: - Responsible for all the production process - Passed TS and CS audits. - Achieved reject rate target 5%. - Control material stock take and scrap rate - Responsible for any break down simulated in tool card within corrective mant.and PM. - Prepare weekly, monthly production plans. - Apply all documentations as care points, SWS , WI and ops training. - well known of 5S, 6 sigma and lean manufacturing - Responsible for cycle counts and scheduled stock take.
