• Job Details:• Supervised Orange Egypt, France and Cameron Core Network using their Subscriber Data Management (SDM) System (XMC and COM) and Legacy SSP & RCP • Supervised Vodafone Qatar’s Core Network Subscriber Data Management (SDM) • Supervised the day to day operations of the Network Operations Centre (NOC) and provided guidance to the team on various issues. • Supported 8650 SDM (Subscriber Data Manger) in various functions including HLR, AUC, EIR, MNP in 2G and 3G environments • Ensured effective utilisation of the team to ensure 100% timely service to meet target SLAs. • Participated in the monitoring and on-site activity with the team. • Documented issues in daily reports and monitored escalations of outstanding problems while consistently following up to ensure their resolution. • Responsible for the supervision, installation, dismantling and transfer of spare parts from and to the warehouse. • Ensured NOC’s support of Orange and its services through excellent response time, high availability and proper communication. • Performed miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by TAC manager.
