• Job Details:• Lead Installation technical team and Review complete installation Drawing Packages (Equipment Layout, Cable Trays Layout, Civil Work Reservation, Earthing Principles, Cables List, Singly Line Diagrams, Line Cable Trays, ECO, and Material List (BOQ). • Support and follow up with the installation team for all installation work activities at the on-shore site. • Prepare workload (WL) for all technical team across all projects phases (Tender, Detailed Design, Shop Drawings, and As-Built) to be matched and in line with the updated and life activities of the project activities and deliverables within the available resources • Install, making wiring, and TESTING the frames which contain the devices and the relays those have all the responsibility to control the Signal Lights, Tracking System, and the ATC "Automatic Train Control “system. • Experience in working with multi-disciplined and multinational teams. • Installing Control Devices into its cabinet and make any modifications required for the cabinet • Experienced in Managing Traction Power Supply system construction works and Ensuring all actions are performed according to the project's guidelines and regulations. • Providing technical guidance with emphasis on Traction Power Supply and training staff • Interface with “COLAS Rail” Control the Electrical Isolations on the 1.5kV, Traction and Low Voltage networks, RIS (Remote isolation switch), RDS (Remote Direction switch), ES (Elementary section) and VRP (Voltage Relay Presences) • Ensure safe activities as per the Work Permit process. • Aware of the electrical risks and able to ensure the safety of not electrical-minded persons working in an electrical environment. • Leadership, initiative, and decision-minded. • Team spirit approach and good communication skills • Deploy Installation processes, methods, and tools and contribute to their improvement through the return of experience (REX) • Monitor and report Installation performance on project • Anticipate, support, and ensure that Installation team members are capable to execute installation field activities in line with the Project’s • strategy including QCD targets and TIS Strategy, Policies, and Standards (including local regulations and professional standards) • Pro-actively manage internal interfaces with Projects Engineering, Industrial, Supply Chain, Sourcing,Test and Commissioning and external • Prepare and manage Installation works on site including Installation tools and work permits • Participate in all site and follow-up meetings, report site progress. • Manage the site installation team including sub-contractors and issue the installation reports • Update the design office with the site modifications to be included in AS- built drawings • Work and support the Project Engineering design team in their design and deliverables. •Prepare and manage Installation works on the field (installation, warehouse) including Installation supplier. • Technical support and problem solver to the site team • Pro-actively manage internal interfaces with Projects Engineering, Industrial, Supply Chain, Test and Commissioning and external technical interfaces with Partners, Third Parties and Customers • Contribute to the preparation of design packages supporting tender activities. • Doing technical training for a subcontractor. • Finalize full wiring for signalling equipment room (LCR station, and depot); between all cubicles inside Technical room, and trackside. • Contribute to the follow-up of the NCR from the factory tests of each Segment or partner until the resolution of all the malfunctions • Installation, connection, and testing Point machine (TR 44, TR 72, MJ 2004, and MWLD 068) • Follow up the installation works and termination for UPS 70KVA (Delta Power Solution) • Follow up the installation works and termination for UPS 50KVA (Socmec Power Solution) • Follow up the installation works and termination for all the Racks inside the LCR (RTU, ATS, PDC, SDTC, Panel Frame, NS1 Frame, SMIO, DATS, MOON, ASEV) Relevant project experience 1.New Marg Upgrade and migration phase Line 1 2.Phase 4B (HISHAM BARKAT, QUBAA, OMAR IBN EL KHATTAB, HAYKSTEP, and ADLY MANSOUR) Line 3 3.KOZZIKA Workshop Line 1 4.The mega DEPOT in the middle East (Depot ADLY MANSOUR) Line 3
