• Job Details:- Review planning and designing for all trades in industrial parks. - Follow up on construction projects with designers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion within budget and required standards. - Ensure regulatory compliance of all development projects, including environmental and health and safety regulations and building codes. - Conduct project viability evaluation and identify potential technical challenges and risks - Collaborate with sales and marketing departments to align development projects with overall business goals - Negotiate with suppliers and contractors to reduce costs and ensure the financial feasibility of development projects. - Identify new business opportunities such as attracting new tenants and investors through market research and analysis. - Build and maintain relationships with clients, government agencies, and industry associations. - Develop and implement strategies for business growth in collaboration with marketing, sales, and finance departments. - Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business development efforts and identify areas for improvement. - Prepare reports and proposals for management and stakeholders, present data and analysis, outline business development strategies, and make recommendations for future growth and expansion. - With clients, suppliers, and partners, negotiate contracts while adhering to moral principles and legal requirements.
