• Job Details:• Having decided to open the company in 2008 it went from strength to strength with 400 employees including expatriate staff. • As shareholder and MD of the company improved my ability in relating with clients and consultants. • Completed residential projects as big estates including single residential units with office block, residential and recreational buildings, warehouses used for workshop and the construction of a steel structured hanger for the maintenance of planes for Arik Airline. • Completed several other projects like churches, structural elements on gas line for DBN among several other residential and commercial projects including renovations of buildings like 5 stars hotel like Eko Meridian Hotel and Federal Palace Hotel in Victoria Island, Lagos. • Must projects of very high standards finishing like imported marbles and granites, domotic technology and latest external cladding systems.

• Job Details:• Executive Director responsible of financial and production aspects of all projects to the MD from small private residences to major banks head offices. • Manage to double turnover of the company in the first five years also with the introduction of new products for sale to answer local market demand like ceramic tiles. • Supplied and installed, overlooking both workshop and site productivity, many of the biggest construction companies in Nigeria and private clients with marble, granite and tiles imported from Italy and other countries and cut, polished and finished in our work shop to top quality standard. • Among the biggest projects executed the Meridien Ibom Hotel and Golf Resort, head office of Chartered Bank in Victoria Island, the Coscharis Group head office, Pan Ocean Group Head Office, Zenith Bank MD residence and several others.
