• Job Details:Responsibilities:- • Prepare Client Bills and reconciliation of quantities as per Site/Drawings and previous Bill for Petroleum Development Oman (PDO). • Review Tender Documents and identify the Scope of Works and related requirements, highlight critical parts of the job. • Attend pre-tender meetings and site surveys, report site conditions and critical parameters in Tenders • Study engineering drawings for constructability. • Preparing Cross-Sections of Road works using Road Estimator & Auto CAD Software’s. • Prepare and Maintain Bar Banding Schedule (BBS) structure vise for Site/office purpose. • Prepare variation orders for quantity exceed in BOQ to submit to client/Approval. • Ensure that effective and efficient Quality / HSE Management System is established and followed in accordance with the standards. • Cross check Bill of Quantity (BOQ) against drawings / specifications. • Prepare required clarification letters to client, subcontractors, vendors, etc. • Prepare and submit Technical and Commercial proposals on time as per requirements of Tender Documents. • Coordinate with other engineering disciplines / departments for interface points and compilation of the tender as applicable. • Organize progress review meetings and coordinate with other discipline to ensure the completion of their inputs on time. • Prepare and submit Technical and Commercial proposals on time as per requirements of Tender Documents. • Prepare MPR & DPR for Submitting to the client and internal office purpose. • Prepare measurements of Structure/Highways works submitted by the site Engineers/Supervisors executed at site. • Reconciliation of sub- contractors billing with estimated quantities. • Prepare and Maintenance of record for works / jobs orders placed on various vendors / Sub-Contractors. • Liaisoning and discussed with client for monitoring progress of working drawings and bills submitted. • Visits Project Location with Project Engineer/Site Engineer collect data to evaluate for Bills/payments. • Management and control of small team of QS/Billing. • Independent discusses with client/consultant staff for Billing, Meeting, drawings, letter correspondence, work executed quarries and site issues.

Asst. Quantity SurveyorFull Time

• Job Details:Responsibilities:- • Prepare Client Bills and reconciliation of quantities as per RFI and previous Bill. • Preparing Cross-Sections & working Drawings of Road and Structures works using Road Estimator & Auto CAD Software’s. • Prepare measurements of Structure/Highways works submitted by the site Engineers/Supervisors executed at site. • Prepare variation orders for quantity exceed in BOQ to submit to client/Approval. • Prepare and manage client correspondence and take action for project issues discussed with Project Manager • Management and control of small team of QS/Billing and surveyors. • Checking of R.A. Bills & Final Bills of various works related to construction of i.e. Road & Structures works, and other related works as per contract terms & conditions. • Reconciliation of sub- contractors billing with estimated quantities. • Prepare and Maintain Bar Banding Schedule (BBS) structure vise for Site/office purpose. • Prepare MPR & DPR for Submitting to the client and internal office purpose. • Independent discusses with client/consultant staff for Billing, Meeting, drawings, letter correspondence, work executed quarries and site issues. • Prepare and Maintenance of record for works / jobs orders placed on various vendors / Sub-Contractors. • Liaisoning and discussed with client for monitoring progress of working drawings and bills submitted • Visits Project Location with Project Engineer/Site Engineer collect data to evaluate for MPR & IPC.

CAD/ Billing EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Responsibilities:- • Preparing Cross-Sections & working Drawings of Road and Structures (National Highway & Ruler Roads using Road Estimator & Auto CAD Software’s for IPA, IPC and Project requirement purpose. • Prepare IPA & IPC and reconciliation of quantities as per RFI and previous Bill. • Verify measurements of work submitted by the site engineers for works executed at site by the Sub-Contractors. • Checking of R.A. Bills & Final Bills of various works related to construction of i.e. Road & Structures works, and other related works as per contract terms & conditions. • Reconciliation of sub- contractors billing with estimated quantities fortnightly. • Identification of extra item list for getting approval from client/consultant and coordination with H.O. along with all supporting documents • Studying the BOQ in detail before recording any activity. • Prepare and Maintain Bar Banding Schedule (BBS) structure vise for Site/office purpose. • Prepare Shuttering of Structures works for Project purpose. • Prepare Monthly Progress Report for Submitting to the client. • Liaisoning and discussed with client for monitoring progress of working drawings and bills submitted. • Maintenance of record for works / jobs orders placed on various vendors / Sub-Contractors. • Obtaining and maintaining record of all test certificates and purchase vouchers in support, as required under the terms of the Contract. • Prepare Levels & Depth sheet for site execution work. • Prepare Super-Elevation Calculation of (simple and curve with Transition) for making Cross-Section and Project purpose of Highway. • Prepare Plan and Profile, Layout Plan with using Excel formula’s in Auto CAD for Highway & Structures. • Prepare Centerline Coordinate of Road in Auto CAD using Excel formulas for making Plan & Profile of Highway. • Visits Project Location with Project Engineer/Site Engineer collect data to evaluate for MPR & IPC
