• Job Details:- Recording transactions, which involves logging checks & preparing transaction reports. - Counting and packaging currency. - Exchanging foreign currency. - Keeping customer's personal information confidential . - Promoting the bank's products & services. - Signs Branch cash & stock confirmation daily reports jointly with Head Teller & Operation Manager. - Verifies customer's signature on withdrawal vouchers and other financial or non financial papers in accordance with Bank’s policies and procedures. - Count all cash received from CBE, Central Vault, or clients. - Adhere to policy and procedure both internal and external for the protection of the Customer and ensuring that the customer is treated fairly. - Receiving, processing and preparing clearing instruments, for example cheques. - Deal with customer complaints and enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, by taking ownership of Customer issues, escalating them if necessary and ensuring that problems are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction. - Process and settle all Treasury transaction within agreed SLAs. - Process customers BACs, , Direct Debit, Faster Payment , ACH transfer and other internal transfers. - issuing a cashier's check as a customers request . - Feeds back Operation Manager/Head Teller with customers views/inquiries/complaints and participates in proposing applicable solutions/alternatives. - Performs any other related duties as assigned
