• Job Details: The major duties: - Process accounts payables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures. - Reconcile the accounts payables ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted. - Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts payables status. - Prepare monthly journal entries as necessary for cash and accrual purposes. - Prepare withholding tax report. - Compiles and maintains records of inventory quantity, type, and value of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies stocked in establishment: Counts material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and posts totals to inventory records.
