- Job Details:• Handling All Travel Accounting Area • Review, Booking bank statements and its settlements through expense reports and clearing them on the system ( SAP G4P) • Handling all applications for Corporate Credit cards and dealing with the bank with all the issues the company have, credit limit increase, credit limit decrease , canceling, blocking, issuing, ……..etc. • Handling the entire paid out of pocket expense reports and the bank details on the system. • Reconciliation of the company G/L Accounts and clearing them. • Aging reports and escalations. • Send the SLA within the deadline. • Checking the Transferred out employees and expats and settling their pending dues and vendor blocking. • Annual review on the accounts and Archiving. • Issuing and Booking invoices, Travel checks and cash advances. • Reconcile the Cash deposits and Statements accounts. • Sending Defect Tracker and Corporate credit card Tracker within the deadline. • Handling the Data base and updating them. • Updating the HR advisory.
