• Job Details:• Managing the talent acquisition and recruitment process by preparing the job descriptions then identifying candidates, conducting an interview and selecting the right ones. • Developing compensation and benefits systems that fit the company. • Monitoring the payroll process. • Developing HR policy and regulations. • Participating in developing organizational guidelines and procedures. • Providing support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolved any issues that may arise. • Recommending strategies to motivate employees. • Managing complaints brought by employees through investigations and taking proper actions. • Maintaining records for the new staff. • Managing the organization’s employee database. • Producing HR reports. • Understanding of Labor Law.
