• Job Details:Lead six women's rights organizations • Follow up on implementation of activities and engagement of young women within the program. • Plan, develop, and implement activities, camps, workshops, and trainings to empower young women and organizations • Work with other staff members to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion • Collaborate with management to generate new ideas for operational improvements and implement changes with staff support • Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with stakeholders and negotiate effectively • Create social media content, campaigns, and implement advocacy initiatives • Write proposals for grants • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports • Review financial settlements for quality assurance • Coordinate activities with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and budgeted project completion • Manage employee performance through feedback, weekly one-on-one meetings, and guidance • Track project budgets, timelines, and performance metrics to ensure adherence to quality standards and successful completion • Write quarterly and annual reports • Coordinate with executive leadership to plan events such as conferences, workshops, and trainings • Monitor and evaluate all partner-implemented activities • Conduct methodology research, data collection, and database analysis.
