• Job Details:I have helped in Re-structuring six companies to become one head company with four separate branches to provide, Catering, Food Supply, Man power, Oil Drilling Equipment, Crane Hire, Office & Warehouse building lease. I have helped in re-locating the company as part of the re-structure plan. I have created a new company contract of employment, company handbook, complete training modules and courses for all members of staff in all locations and areas of the business, I introduced new systems to ensure the development of the business. I.e. Personal development plans, complete new company policies and procedures, and delegated responsibilities to ensure that new policies and procedures were being followed correctly, A complete re-structure of the Quality, Health & Safety Department and the Human Resources Department. I visited the oil rigs/power plants to assess the needs of each and build a rapport with the companies that we supplied to provide better services. I helped in the opening of a New Warehouse to store all Foodstuffs and Chemicals that were supplied to the rigs.
