I created new menus for the 2 restaurants, I created Hotel information books for guests and marketed the hotel via advertisements and through the internet. I have taken a Hotel from closing its door at night due to lack of guests to having to add extra rooms to keep up with demand... In a very short time I have had the hotel included in 4 travel guide books, Reviewed on Trip advisor website, become number 1 on a Google search (without a contract with Google.) and been reviewed by an American food reviewer who complimented the food as “The best I have tasted in my month tour of hotels and restaurants in Cairo, Alexandria, Aswan and Luxor! “ I have improved the standard of every aspect of the hotel.
