18-Send SMS to Rigs Labors inform them with their monthly salary or bonus 19-Receive and maintain things related to operation Like Labors ATM, Medical ID, training Certificates, and Medical Reports….etc.
20-Follow up with the medical expiry for the rig labors and arrange for renewal medical checkup.
21-prepare everything related to crew change.
22-Review and approve the Purchasing Order regarding the training and medical service.
23-Oversee and update all the Operation department sheets.
24-Scheduling and coordinating the meeting related to the Operation department.
25-Follow up work permit issue for the expat: (New, Renew and cancellation)
26-Scan all the documents and requests related to the Operation department.
