• Job Details:•Follow up daily LPG and condensate production( plant productivity and LPG theoretical production should be calculated ; compared with actual production) •Study with engineering div. daily the root cause of deviation between theoretical production and actual production if there is deviation •Keep monitoring the plant vapor pressure value. which lead to control the LPG daily production •Follow up daily LPG sphere storage to start pumping to transfer pipes before reach to maximum level LPG storage spheres •Daily follow up the received rich gas from sister companies and review the measurement reading from both sides •Communication with sister company's is mandatory to increase the plant rich gas sources. •Follow up daily gas analysis component •Held weekly production loose meeting to follow up oil wells; gas production and gas Plant LPG &CONDENSATE; PRODUCTION •Prepare annual capital and operating budget according to gas plant needs •Follow up operating and capital budget spent, every 3 month with account div. •Follow up plant maintenance activity through MAXIMO system •Follow up all issued material request ( for pig projects) •Weekly follow up meeting for plant major jobs and review percentage execution of every job •Daily morning meeting for follow up plant daily activity •The most important issue is review all plant standard to insure all plant facility meet update safety stander; review all the plant area classification to insure that all equipment meet its area standard. •Insure that job procedures is issued for all PM&CM; jobs. •Follow up all safety system is applied ( ICC ( isolation)&COW;(control of work)& lifting plan and insure that all previous systems applied; according safety record and sudden visit to different work locations

General maintenance general mangerFull Time

• Job Details:•Prepare annual capital and operating budget for General Maintenance divisions& gas plant. Follow up budget paying out every 3 month. •Follow up all issued material request, to be shore that all budget consumed according the annual plan •Follow up turbine division; modules condition according to running hours and follow up overhaul schedule. For it( SOLAR& SULZER) •Follow up turbine's 3month &6month; and yearly PM schedule •Follow up mechanical division activity PM&CM; for (reciprocating engines& pumps &generator;'s engines& rotary air compressors) •Supervise and manage the gas compressors and its engine performance according to its running hours. Mange and supervise all mechanical daily activity work and the performance of crude oil pumps( shipping pumps) and electric generator engines& fire pumps & booster pumps according to the equipment's curves and date sheet and compare it with actual performance test result •Follow up Electric and Instrument daily activity PM&CM; ( emergency s/d systems& electric generators& switchgears& high and low tension transformers &turbine; generators at the power house area& high and low tension transmission lines& different types of fire systems& fusible loops& all measurement devises& DCS and SCADA systems….) •Follow up maintenance engineer Div. daily activity (follow up turbines& rotary machines& air compressors motors and engine PM...) also follow up vibration reading. Failure analysis reports& MAXIMO system reports. temperature readings for different equipment and power house bus bars temperature reading using infrared technique •Follow up all divisions target through every division performance contract which reviewed every 3 month to sureness the yearly planed target is in place. •Follow up all maintenance Divisions PM activity through MXIMO system( weekly follow up meeting •Prepare training matrix for all employee's •Daily morning follow up meeting to review daily work and reassurance that all daily activity job procedure are prepared and reviewed by safety division. •Assurance that COW(control of work) &Isolation; procedure& Near miss and Lifting plan safety system are applied. •Strongly sharing in problem solving ( which I am very interest to do) •Mange employee annual appraisal & incentive and sharing them some sports •Daily define some time to listen to employees; to solve any personal or work problems immediately. Electric and Instrument division mangerFull Time

• Job Details:•Follow up Electric and Instrument daily activity PM&CM; ( emergency s/d systems& electric generators& switchgears& high and low tension transformers &turbine; generators at the power house area& high and low tension transmission lines& different types of fire systems& fusible loops& all measurement devises& DCS and SCADA systems….) •Plan &supervise;& and follow up a very important issue in allover gulf of Suez petroleum company fields ; this issue is SCE( safety critical elements) which is belongs to E&I DIV. as SRV& ESD valves& ESD circuits& wellhead control panels& fire and gas detectors and all electric equipment included in class 1 div.1&class2; div1 hazard areas •Applied KPI ( key performance indicator ) for safety critical systems •Mange capital and operating budget for E & I division Checking for equipment update and share on selecting update systems and equipment. •Mange employee annual appraisal & incentive puns •Assurance that COW(control of work) &Isolation; procedure &Near; miss and Lifting plan safety system are applied ●Commission and startup 6EA offshore P.F,E{ OCTOBER &BADRI;&M-55&PH;-5&S-G300& M-1 upgrade} ( review P.F;s instrument & electric drawing and construction drawing & review all P.F;S pumps; motors; power generators specification's and prepare two years spare parts and define MIN/MAX spare parts for all instrument and electric equipment. Supervise mech. Engineers work plan and review all required spare parts for mechanical equipment. In addition test all the electric and instrument control loops during the commission time& review all instrument and electric protection system setting ●Commission and start up main process area control room( process area capacity is about 600;000 oil BBL/D) two times ; First time on 1898 upgrade the analog control system; and second time on 2003 change the analog system by DCS system, preparing the required engineering work for select the new control system. In addition upgrade and review all the process electrical and instrument control loops and emergency shutdown loops
