- Job Details:- Plan and develop all repair and installation activities of a project. - Oversee and supervise the execution of the maintenance project from the beginning to the end: install, inspect, repair and maintain the electrical, plumbing, mechanical and other related systems. - Identify the requirements of work force, materials and equipment as per the project and in the line with approved drawings and project prerequisites. - Liaise with contractors, sub-contractors and service providers; maintain healthy relationships with them. - Set-up the monitoring and control criteria to achieve the desired target. - Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues. - Ensure that health, safety and QA/QC procedures are applied and implemented in a suitable manner. - Establish and confirm use of Standard Operating Procedures for completing maintenance activities that are simple, easily accessible and utilized by employees. - Recommend changes for equipment, procedures or practices to reduce cost and improve efficiency. - Monitor equipment inventory, initiate necessary purchase, record expenses and provide account statements. - Research and recommend modifications for the existing structures, facilities and special tasks when needed. - Ensure project documents are complete and organized under a proper record-keeping system. - Develop and maintain a team of skilled electricians, plumbers, carpenters and other related professionals. - Allocate workload and supervise staff. - Assess skills of individual team members and recommend training options when needed. - Communicate with existing and potential clients for the business development purpose

- Job Details:-Responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of the quality management system. -Control the distribution of all quality documentation. -Coordinate all quality related correspondence with the customer’s representatives. -Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the company’s management. -Attend all pre-bid meetings and coordinate all project requirements with the project bidders. -Attend client quality management meetings. -Action and close all customer complaints.
