• Job Details:Managing Jumia services’ transportation flow, creating a saving plan for transportation cost, ensuring trucks’ capacity and utilization, marketing scan & negotiate with transportation suppliers, tracking the cost per package, designing the transportation line-haul and time-line for regular and campaign days, designing a line-haul project to forward packages to all 3PLs and controlled fleet, designing and managing the line haul for Jumia Puss.

• Job Details:Leading the middle mile teams and supervising network operations on a daily basis to ensure zero backlog and pendency at the hub, managing the handover between outbound sellers’ packages received from vendor drop off and vendor pick up centres, designing the pick-ups cut-off time with the 3PLs and controlled fleet, designing the sorting center layout and getting it built as per plan developed to validate the movement for a new sorting center with capacity estimates and volume projections which can be handled, setting productivity for business days and tier1 campaigns.
