• Job Details:• Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail and phone. •Troubleshoot customer’s issues and solve internet, land line and mobile problems. • Apply standard and advanced CPE and access point configuration. • Provide training to clients in the user of system and applications as related to Internet. • Identify and correct or advice, on operational issues in client computer systems. • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues. • Document system problems and resolutions for future reference. • Escalate problems & provides relevant feedback to the right channels. • Improves system performance by identifying problems; recommending Changes. • Other duties as assigned
