 Ensure all test takers receive exemplary customer experience at every contact point; before, during, and after sitting the IELTS test.

 Respond to enquiries via phone, e-mail, or walk-ins.

 Update social media pages, official regional and global IDP IELTS websites to announce activities, and test dates.
 Plan, organize and promote relevant exclusive events such as IELTS Masterclass and Countdown to IELTS.
 Create, update, and supervise production of promotional printing materials adhering to IELTS branding guidelines for outreach activities such as flyers, brochures, and banners.
