• Job Details:Working on the Nitrogen Fertilizer Complex Project, in cooperation with the German company ThyssenKrupp for Industrial Solutions, I’m responsible for: • Testing and Supporting during the installation & commissioning phases. • Supervising commissioning field activities. • Perform commissioning, standard maintenance, repairs and services on all type of machines in accordance with the specified guidelines. • Preparing the commissioning dossiers. • Resolving technical issues identified by installation teams, working to ensure products are installed in compliance with Safety & Quality requirements. • Collect Technical data, such as work procedures, drawings, spare parts, material, etc.. • Providing technical support to ensure customer specification requirements are met. • Ensuring each installation follows the processes and guidelines. • Ensuring quick response and corrective action time of technical inquires. • Reviewing the project technical documentation and the contractual requirements. • Defining commissioning work packages and prepare the relevant procedures with the assistance of discipline engineers. • Coordinating activities of vendor representatives and subcontractors.

Mechanical Maintenance EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Continuous research and development of mechanical equipment and machinery. • Supervising maintenance operations for mechanical equipment and machinery. • Provide training and guidance to workers on rates and machines. • Continuous research and development and acquisition of new skills through participation and attendance at training courses and workshops devoted to this. • Collaborate with teams and co-workers to always reach desired results. • Set preventive schedules for performing maintenance operations on tools and equipment to ensure their continued work at a high level of efficiency. • Monitor the performance of the various installations and equipment to ensure compliance with their manufacture, operation and maintenance, with specifications and agreement terms contained in contracts. • Follow up with suppliers and contractors to submit the required documents when receiving new equipment and equipment according to the approved procedures. • Contribute to determining the highest level and quality of spare parts that must be kept as stock, with the aim of ensuring that they are available with minimal cost. • Maintain comprehensive records of the stock of equipment, devices and maintenance performed. • Coordination with organizational units to ensure the maintenance of any equipment that stopsworking according to the minimum costs and without interruption in work. • Monitor the results of the prepared maintenance programs, and submit any required changes to the places that need improvement and development. • Performing any other duties assigned to him within his competence. • Responsible for receiving the incoming correspondence, presenting it to the head of the engineering department, following up and keeping it. • Responsible for receiving the monthly technical reports of ships and following them up to ensure their authenticity. • Responsible for monitoring and archiving the engineering department's export. • Follow-up to the receipt of purchases and spare parts by ships. • Follow-up ship's oil, fuel, chemicals and spare parts consumption every month.

• Job Details:• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance. • Responding to breakdowns. • Diagnosing faults. • Repairing equipment. • Supervising engineering and technical staff. • Obtaining specialist components, fixtures or fittings. • Managing budgets. • Maintaining statistical and financial records. • Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation. • Creating maintenance procedures. • Managing stocks of supplies and equipment. • Installing and testing new machines and production lines. • Responsible for the follow-up process of the technical situation, periodic maintenance (Preventive) and repair of emergency breakdowns for all vehicles of the company (cars - Cargo vehicles – Trucks – Fork Lifts……etc.)
