• Job Details:1. Perform the product BOM consumption and responsible for following and minimizing material consumption while maintaining quality standards. (SAP system experience). 2. Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production. 3. Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages. 4. Ensure all product and quality standards are taken into account from the initial product conception to the finished result (According to BOM, QDM Formula Cards, and Machine Standards). 5. Managing the workers according the production shift schedule and working machines. And provide them with the required Technical, Lean manufacturing, behavior and management training and following SOP and safety precautions.

Production EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:1. Improving the production efficiency and introducing efficient production methods. 2. Determines the processes, identifies the materials and supplies to be used, and designs and builds appropriate fixtures necessary for efficient and cost effective manufacturing. 3.Ensure all product and system requirements are taken into account from the initial product conception to the finished result 4. Managing the employees according the production schedule and working machines. 5. Perform engineering analysis for quality improvement. 6. Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvement activities.

Production EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:1. Managing and estimating the required raw materials by scheduling and analysis of the system. 2. Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates and efficiency 3. Ensure the required production are completed on time. 4. Evaluate internal defect, product defects and downtime information to form appropriate plans of improvement. 5. Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards. 6. Work with equipment designers and manufacturing officers to develop a cost-effective and working production process.
